Applies To: 9938 Met/Temp II version 5.0
Problem Description:
When opening Met/Temp II the following error message is displayed:
This issue is due to a Microsoft Access driver mismatch which causes this message to be displayed.
Resolution/Work Around:
Locate the ODBC Data Source Administrator in the host computer.
In ODBC/User DSN locate MS Access Database and select select it. Next click on the ‘Configure…’ button.
If an error appears, navigate to C:\ProgramData\Fluke Calibration\METTEMP2\Database and open either of these MS Access database
In MS Access go to File -> Account and click About Access. Note 32 or 64 bit.
