On the bottom left of the unit, there is a rubber flap that covers the power input and USB calibration ports. At the top of the plastic, there is a small pinhole (item 9). While the unit is on take a paper clip, and insert it into the hole. The unit will turn off. Then power on the unit. Do not press any buttons or switches until the unit does one complete calibration cycle.
