Unfortunately we do not have a separate download of this utility but you can still obtain it for free and it is a very useful tool. It uses the same conversions we provide in our hardware as well as what our COMPASS and similar software would use in the background, so it is the converter we would recommend vs. 3rd party converters.
To obtain this utility you will need to download the COMPASS for Pressure demo version and it will come as part of this install and will not expire after the demo trial period, so you can install it on any computer.

Just click on Get Software after you login and download the demo version from the list. You will see it installed as a standalone program and also integrated into the COMPASS install folder.
