The power supply and charging system of 3130 calibrator was changed in May 2016 from 16V to 15V. If the 3130 was purchased prior to 05/2016 it has the old 16V power supply that we no longer offer as a replacement part due to a low power energy directive. If the 3130 is older than 05/2016 then it can be sent to us with a Service RMA to have the internal charging system components upgraded and the new external power supply provided. Here are the options to setup or request a RMA:

The new external power supply will work on the older version but it might charge a bit slower and perhaps not completely.
A third option is to locate the 16V power supply on your own as it is a fairly typical external power supply. Here is some info on it:
