This product does not contain Cesium, this is a rubidium oscillator. It has a rubidium vapor lamp. Rubidium has an extremely low level of radioactivity (about 100 days to expose film) and there is only a small amount of rubidium atoms in gas form in an encapsulated cell in the product. The small activity makes it an exempt source. (ref 10CFR30.71)There are no warnings regarding this product in the manuals.
