The 120B series is listed to support SD-HC cards up to a size of 32GB max, the format should be FAT32. 

This explains why the Micro SD XC 64gb card isn’t recognized. 


And by the way: the 123B doesn’t support storage of any measurement data on to the card. Can only store data into Internal memory. 

 

There’s many different brands and speed classes (grades) in these cards.  

We have positive experience with Samsung 32 GB Pro-Plus cards, speed  grade 3 (marked by the ‘3’ at the lower right), simply because we purchased a set of those for internal use.  

 

Chances are that card speed is of influence here.  Another possibility that the file on the card is not complete, e.g. because of issues during the downloading or writing to card.
