Question: How can I solve problems logging into TruTest?

 

 

Answer: If you can't log into TruTest software or have forgotten your password, the first step is to check with the administrator (the administrator is the first person to login). If the administrator can't help, or if you are the administrator, follow these steps. 

1. Close TruTest
 
2. Open C:\ProgramData\TruTest\Admin
 
3. Delete the data.dat file (you may need to turn on hidden items in the file manager)
 
4. Restart TruTest and Login without Username and password
