This Article is about how to access the Wi-Fi radio and install it in the Fluke Thermal Imagers.

The process is to connect your Thermal Imager camera to your PC using the USB port. If you have issue with the USB driver you can review Knowledge base article KA-02754 Installing RNDIS USB Driver for Thermal Imagers using USB cable to PC.

If you want to find a knowledge base article, go to www.fluke.com/en-us and click on Support, in the drop-down menu select Knowledge base.

Type in the search area the KA number or model number of the Fluke instrument to find articles.

If the USB driver is installed, you need to use either Fluke Connect Desktop software or Smartview Classic software. When you are connected to either of those programs, they will offer the ability to activate the Wi-Fi radio in the Thermal Imager.

Here is the website location to access either Fluke Connect Desktop software or Smartview Classic software.
