Close PVA application
Open Hercules (https://www.hw-group.com/files/download/sw/version/hercules_3-2-8.exe)
Select ‘Serial’ tab
Right-click on screen, select ‘local echo’

Select ‘Serial’ tab
Right-click on screen, select ‘local echo’
Connect wusbi to PC, and identify COM port in Device Manager
Configure Hercules as shown

Type ‘neta’, press enter to display current NetAppID
Type ‘neta 0x’ plus the new NetAppID, press enter to set new address
Type ‘neta 0x’ plus the new NetAppID, press enter to set new address
Type 'netapp' to confirm new NetAppID
Click 'Close'
Open PVA app to confirm all devices connect normally.
