For Fluke Premium Care (FPC) members, we offer annual factory calibration of the covered equipment.  Note that not all Care Plans cover Loaner equipment for calibration or repair.  Check your plan coverage for Loaner eligibility.
 
The intent of this article is to help you choose the best option when making a calibration claim under your Premium Care contract.
 
Options:
Immediate RMA and Shipping Label
 
  • RMA and shipping labels are provided within 24 hours via email
  • Use if calibration date has already expired (>1 year = expired)
  • Typical FPC RMA turnaround through Fluke Service is within 5-7 business days (Plan for 1.5 weeks including shipping both ways)
  • This is the fastest option to get your equipment serviced and returned
     
Scheduled calibration RMA (6-8 weeks out from when we receive your request)
 
  • RMA and shipping labels are provided within 24 hours via email
  • A Loaner set (if covered by eligible contract type) is scheduled within 2 days and requestor is emailed the scheduled Loaner shipping date.
  • Loaner units are due back to Fluke within 7 days of receiving your units back from Fluke Service.
  • Should be scheduled before calibrations are expired
  • Not all care plans offer loaner units during calibration; check your contract for eligibility.
  • Expired calibration dates DOES NOT indicate a repair issue.
     
Rotate Loaner, Calibrate Multiple Sets (send covered sets to Service in series)
  • RMA and shipping labels are provided within 24 hours via email
  • Loaner set is scheduled and shipped
  • Covered set is sent to Fluke Service and return shipped to customer
  • Requestor contacts Support to get RMA and shipping label for the next covered set, and
          ​​​Requestor references "Rotate Loaner from prior RMA XXXXXXX"
  • Used by Premium Care customers with multiple test set coverage or Fleet Premium Care coverage
  • Loaner is due back to Fluke within 7 days of receiving your units (last set in the series) back from Fluke Service
