This can be done manually without the EM300 dock and without software. 2271A screen can be used as the EM300 display.

To verify the parameters of EM300, connect the output of the EM300 to a DMM and measure these parameters.  

To calibrate EM300, connect the output of the EM300 to 5730A high performance multifunction calibrator, or similar.    

Start the calibration procedure by going to Setup --> Module Information --> EMM:EM300 --> Calibrate. 2271A calibration screen will prompt you with steps to complete the calibration. 

The calibration procedure takes about 10-15min.
