If your Fluke product is not working correctly, in most cases there are very few steps you can take to repair the item. Fluke Technical Support staff can help with operation of our products, but can't provide repair advice. We can help determine if a product is operating correctly or not.
There are a few simple steps you can take to troubleshoot Fluke products that appear to be malfunctioning:
- Check the batteries and replace them if necessary.
- If the unit has a rechargeable battery pack, verify that it is charged.
- Check fuses if applicable; many models don't have fuses.
- Some models allow you to restore factory default settings. Please be aware that this may result in the loss of recorded data. If a procedure is available it will be in the manual.
If these steps don't resolve the problem, please contact Fluke Service.
