Here is a an excel example based on 1Ohm and using a DUT Current load of 5mA. This will fall into the category of Footnote 1 I<IL because the current load is less than the lower limit of the current range from the Full Spec Load Range column of the Resistance Secondary Performance Specifications and Operating Characteristics table.
