When trying to download to the fluke 754 from DPCtrack2 software the error "General Error during Download: Access violation at address 1107B4F3 in module 'com.procalv5.dpc.fluke.bpl'. Read of address 0000004 (571)." comes up. The Fluke 754 driver was re-installed. The computer was restarted. DPC was run in admin mode. 754 is running 1.16 firmware
To resolve this error:
On the Upload/Download screen: Click on Options Tab, Download Options, check the box “Force Memory Clear”
Make sure you have the 2 boxes checked in Upload/Download, Options.
