At power-on, the PPCH (or PPCH-G) display shows "Initializing". At power-on the motors and valves move counter-clockwise until the zero limit switch is activated. Then they move clockwise to their Home position. If they are not doing this the Valve Driver Board could be bad or a valve could have moved past a limit switch and needs to be reset by loosening bolts to loosen the drive belt so the valve pulley can be rotated by hand back to its normal position.
