The Fluke-1770 Series is requiring the user to create a Pin number, User Name and Password to be in compliance with the Red Directive.
If you try and download the data from the Fluke-1770 Series to Energy Analyze Plus software via USB cable, WiFi or Ethernet you will get the screen shot below.
If you download the data to a USB thumb drive and then plug the USB thumb drive into your computer and open the file using Energy Analyze Plus the User Name and Password are not required.
