If you encounter problems with your TruTest activation code, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure your machine has a stable internet connection. A reliable connection is essential for successful activation.
  2. Verify Code Accuracy: Double-check the activation code entering the TruTest software and ensure you include the hyphens. Pay close attention to potential mix-ups between the numbers '0' and '1' (which can look like the letters 'O' and 'I'). Input the code verbatim as displayed on the activation card.
