This article shows o-rings that are used with Pressure Measurement Modules (PMM) and Pressure Control Modules (PCM) in 2271A, 6270A, 8270A and 8370A Modular Pressure Controller/Calibrators.
PMM types are PM200, PM230, PM500 and PM600; followed by model specific (mode and range) information.
PCM types are PCM-STD-20M, PCM-STD-40M and PCM-STD-100M.
