This webpage has the service information for the 1st generation 700HPPK seal kits, 700HPPK Service Information (flukecal.com). These are instructions for the seal kits.
The second generation of the 700HPP High Pressure Pump was released in the spring of 2022. The second gen. model has the non-return valve mounted to the pump base with 4 screws that are visible from the bottom of the pump. (see attached file "Maintenance, 700HPP 2nd gen.pdf" for more information). The pump piston is now a replaceable part. Contact the Fluke Pressure Calibration group with the link at the bottom of this page for part numbers of 2nd gen. seal kits (not yet available).
