See the below Excel files for worksheets that can be used to track and compare AutoZero (zOffset) and PA and PM values for Q-RPTs used in PPC3, PPC4, RPM4, PPCH and PPCH-G pressure controllers and monitors. There is also a sheet for a molbox1+ flow terminal. 

The main spreadsheet can also be used with absolute mode PM200 and PM600 modules by using their applicable measurement uncertainty specifications (and 1-year drift spec. of 0.007%FS for PM600 module). Note that for these modules; the equivalent to PA value is C0 value, the equivalent to PM value is C1 value, and AutoZero is used interchangeably with the term zOffset.
